Any suggestions? Should I buy online, or should I let the machine shop sell me something?

Any good outfits? how much should I expect to pay?


Going under a set of GMPP rectangle port aluminum heads, and a Ram Jet 502 intake. Planning on a 200 shot when all is said and done.

Check out www.cnc-motorsports.com. I bought my new rotating assembly from them, seem to be good people. They are also on Ebay. There are some in this forum also who own machine shops, maybe they will answer.

You can run the 2 PC. seal crank in the 1 PC. seal blocks using a crank seal adapter. Very simple item - GM uses these on their BowTie blocks.

PS - are you looking for 4" stroke or 4.25" stroke?

The rotating assemblies in the following link are all for 1 piece rear main seals. They are 4.25" stroke. Typically you may have to grind a few reliefs along the pan rail to clear the rod bolt heads and maybe on the bottom of the cylinders with a 4.25" crank. There are a lot of 4.25 cranks in stock blocks.
