that's just text lingo... n = and, d or da = the, wtf, lol, lmao, bff, ttl, etc etc. i mean, i agree, leave that for texting on "ur" cell phone, there's no place for that type of abbreviation in a sales add. i use little grammar when using this site -only because its convenient. i would be as formal and grammatically correct in an add though.

It's due to texting. Texting is sure to change the English language. It's inevitable. Remember how they used to spell "old" as "olde" a couple of centuries ago? The language will change.

Already I've seen idiotic things implemented on a professional level. The place I work at has over 20,000 employees. When you search for a person's email, you find that names are listed alphabetically by the first name, instead of the last. It takes a whole lot of scrolling if the person you're looking for is named John, Mike, or Jennifer.

You can't blame texting for that.... it's probably a lack of education (meaning even elementary school) I am 27, none of my friends or family would write like that.
Also seen plenty of old hicks who get on a computer and can't spell their own names either :yes:
