i removed the old turn signal switch and three bolts that holds it and i quess i must spun that part around a few times and the springs came out of position that tighten the three screws down on turn signal switch and now it want tighten down without springs in place. see pic below. thanks

Is the wire loom under the column still in place, pop it off to gain some slack in the wiring and ease the above pieces towards you, that should give you room to reconnect everything. You're supposed to install the housings as an assembly and give them about 1/3 of a turn to the right to rehook into the lower tube and then tighten the screws to your liking, good luck! The above picture shows the housing turned about 1/4 of a turn and if you're lucky, the springs didn't fall into the lower tube!!
