Like the title said.... I already have the bottom out, and the seat back is the last piece of my interior that needs to be removed.

Once you push back and pull up on the rear seat bottom you have to look for the two bolts that hold the back rest to the divider. I think they are on the bottom edge of the seat.

DG is correct about the 2 bolts behind the bottom rear seat that holds the back on but there are also 2 little bendable clips that hold the seat in as well, they are beside the bolts with the big washers tward the doors, just bend strait and remove the 2 large washer bolts and push up on the seat.
