How am I to decepher the following VIN?

That looks to be the top numbers off a Fisher Body tag not a VIN.

I think on your 67 it may be on a silver plate on the drivers side door jamb near the hinges.

VIN should be something like 136177Kxxxxxx where xxxxxx is a 6 digit number probably between 157300 and 157700.
