Bottom cusion has two tabs that fit under two metal clips on the floorpan. Look under the front of the seat cusion and you will see them on either side. Push the bottom of the seat inward in those locations to push those clips back and then lift up once its cleared them. Once out, work on the back. IIRC it just slides down onto two hooks on the body so up, off and out.

Its been covered numerous times if you would like to try a search. Once you see it you should be able to tell how it comes out. Not hard but can be aggravating if you dont know where you need to push in and how it attaches.

Sometimes you may feel you want to use a long screwdriver to put under front of seat and against the floor to do the lifting while pushing back. Don't do it, it will tear the bottom front edge of your seat upholstery. Seen it happen..
My rear seat will cause you a good sweat to get it out....

OH NO, I definately didn't want to imply I pry againt the seat, that would be bad. I just use the screw driver to push straight back to get it to release from the track on both sides then raise it by hand.
NO, NO, I understood what you meant. I was just mentioning another use the screwdriver could do damage
