I have a pair of 14" x 7" ET slotted wheels I'd like to put on the front of my '67 Malibu. How small (width) can I go with a 7" wheel. In checking the data base I see that 195 is the smallest listed. Would anything narrower be ill-advised???

I wouldn't run anything narrower than a 195 because you run the risk of busting the bead loose around a hard corner. Plus a narrower tire will look 'bloated' on a 7 inch rim.
