Thinking about picking up another project car. It's a 69 Malibu 4 spd car. All of the body work is done and it's in primer. The body has been off the frame and the frame has been blasted and painted. The the entire front clip would be included as well.

In its present condition, with no motor or trans, how much do you guys think its worth?

How much more would it be worth with a 1969 396, M20 and 12 bolt rear? Trying to decide which route I want to go with the drivetrain.

Last one I bought was in about the same shape. I paid $2500 for it. I thought I got a screaming deal. This was in CA though. The one I bought had a fresh 12 bolt in it.

Looks like a good start on the project, alot of the grunt work is already done..I would say that if you could get it for 3k or less, you would be doing good..

Ok so with a '69 396 (needs freshened up) and a M20 how much would you pay?

The dust all over it makes it look worse than it really is. The body work being done is a huge plus in my book because I hate body work! It just needs some TLC and to be put back together. Guess I shoud have noted it comes with the entire rear suspension and an empty 12 bolt.

The yellow ramps are from KwikLift. I bought them used, but you can get a set for around $1000 or so depending on if you want them painted. Check out ebay too. They are awesome just to get that extra amount of room to work under the car. I don't have them anymore though because I bought a 4 post lift recently.
