easy off oven cleaner. Do not let it dry but leave it on as long as you can then with a soft brush and water wash it off. Will have to apply several times depending on how much paint is on it.

Spray it heavily with Easy Off, puy it in a trash bag overnight to keep it from drying out. Rinse, repeat till all the paint is off.
