Get in back, facing the rear of the car with your knees straddling the hump in the center of the floor. Push in, (towards the rear of the car), on the bottom of the seat base. It should release and then you can swing the seat up. They can be stubborn, but this should work.
BTW- If you have long legs you may want to move the front seats all the way forward first.

ditto tha above, also (was this camaro) sometimes 2 bolts at left and right. On the backs, remove the 2 bolts with the fender washers. Then push straight up, there is a kind of "hook" at the to, but you just lift straight up then out. Sounds easy but it can be a #&%$, just be careful take your time with it. (The armrests are plastic and fragile in some areas)
