Hey Guys,

I have been collecting my pieces for my Tranny swap, and I just got my 4 speed conversion kit from (ShiftWorks) and I also have a new horse shoe shifter I will be picking up tomorrow, any tips you may have for the shifter conversion will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance Steven Rod.

As far as the shifter goes, there's a new plate for the detents that gets swapped out. IF you're also changing from column to floor shift, there's a little more involved, but also pretty simple. The floor pan has dimples for where the mounting bolt holes will go, and there's a flat spot on the left side of the floor pan where the hole for the cable will be drilled.

Keep asking if there's any other questions.

Never heard of a 4 speed horse shoe shifter
Dean the shifter is the same, the detent plate is different to allow a stop in all the gears and the plastic indicator plate are changed so that it shows the overdrive pattern.
