Got a minor electrical problem. Yesterday when I went to start my 70 chevelle the horn started blasting. I had to get under the hood to pull the wires from the horns to get it to stop. I think the horn relay probably needs to be replaced but I thought I would post here to get some input. Please help.
Thanks.

I would guess it is in the steering wheel or the horn button itself. Pull just the horn button wire off the the relay. If it quits then it the horn button circuit. If it doesn't then it is the relay.

I suggest you lean on the side window after a hard night of partying - head leaning on the horn ring blows horn - causes headache and ringing in the ears.

Couldn't resist.
Actually, I believe Stave S. has your solution.
