I installed the horn really in my 71, and the horn constantly blows. I disconnected the ground and it still blows. The only thing that stops the horn from blowing is to remove the relay.

Any suggestions?

Try disconnecting only the small black wire, it might be shorting to ground somewhere in the steering column.
