I replaced my horn relay because the horn activated and wouldn't shut off without being disconnected. New relay fixed that problem well enough.

However, with the new relay I get the warning buzzer every time I open the door even when there's no key in the ignition.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the key minder switch contacts may be bent. Acts like the key is still in the ignition even when it's removed. Limited access to schematics at the moment but I think the minder wires are orange and pink/dark blue/black.
Disconnect the battery.
Remove the turn signal connector on the column.
On the turn signal switch side (one that goes up in the column) measure between the 2 minder wires. They should not be shorted together with the key out.

Or you can do what I did....disconnect the buzzer lead at the horn relay.
