I am looking for the horn on a 1999 Lumina. According to my book it should be under the plastic air deflector right by the hood latch assembly. I removed that and there is no horn there or wiring connectors from the harness that would indicate that the horn was removed. Also the holes where it should be bolted look original, as if there were never any bolts holding a horn there. Any ideas where my horn might be????
