I was at the parts store today getting some stuff for the wife's truck, and I heard a real healthy exhaust note pull up outside. Turns out it was a '72 Chevelle with a pretty stout sounding 454. He just spent the last two years getting it on the road. It still needs the bodywork and paint, but it's a real solid car. ...and man does it sound nice. I told him about Team Chevelle, and all the great resources here. He said he might check it out. Then he invited me to his car club meeting at the local steak house on Tuesday. Hmmmm, I think I can eat some steak and talk cars for a little while on tuesday! :D
