I noticed this car a few days ago and all I can say is :sad:.

It looks like a parts car to me, and with all of that bondo visible in the pics, it's probably a pretty useless parts car at that...

This makes perfect sense :

FOR THOSE OF US THAT HAVE DONE CARS BEFORE, ITS MUCH EASIER TO WORK ON A CAR THAT YOU CAN DRIVE AROUND AND THEY GET DONE A LOT FASTER.
