They are 72 Chevelle. They are too short because 70-72 had rear arm rest panels along the sides of the rear seat.
Help identifing rear seats
The sure dont fit in the back of my 68' and may not even be for a A-body car of any year. But im hoping somebuddy knows what make and model they came out of.

How wide across are those seats? Checking to see if they are from a vert.
If one is 53 inches across and the other is 54 they are from a hard top car. Value is about $75 to $150. This seat will also work for a 71.
