B- Baltimore, Maryland (Assembly Plant)
076678- Probably a Data Processing Number (Found in block 24 of build sheet)
756- Black Coated Fabric (Bucket Seats)
14 B- Cortez Silver w/ Black Vinyl Top
3C- March, 3rd Week (Build Date)
