Heli coiled crank

Heli coiled the crank because I broke the bolt, so I take it to the machine shop so they could take care of extracting the broken bolt. They heli coiled it but now that the assembly is all together I am looking at the bolt and it is slightly slanted . I am really angry at myself for not checking this before all the assembly. Is this a problem? This rotating assembly has been balanced.
