What is the best way to build pressure in a NOS bottle? I know they should be arond 950 to 1000 lbs of pressure. The bottle is the 125 shot deal. I have seen some people use a propane torch. That does not seem to be very wise. Any ideas how yall do it at the track?

Yup, they make a special bottle wrap, that keeps the bottle at the optimum tempature for use.
I have a bottle wrap. However, when the pressure is down to around 300 psi, what is the best way to heat it?

If it is at 300 lbs the bottle is either empty or it is -65 degrees where the bottle is.

best way is a water heater (look at all the class racers at a big race) works much better and heats bottle all the way through.....
We use one from Jeff Prock (one of, if not the best Nitrous tuner out there)

I have run down the battery in my car before sitting in the lanes trying to get the pressure up with a blanket heater....not cool

The spas are nice but not needed for a 150 shot on a sportsman car.

I would be carefull with a propane torch! I saw a car catch on fire one time because of a propane torch (heating a bottle)
