Anybody know of kits to add heated seats. Or else is there such a thing as a 12volt heated wire, similar to electric blankets, that I can sew into the seat covers. 12-Volt heat pads would work too.
Steve ship those dudes to me for the summer,,I will set them out back in the hot Texas sun,,and come winter those pups will release heat all winter long for you up north!!!
Didn't they add a heated seat option in some newer cars? Just something I think I remember. That kind of thing isn't bought around here. Anybody else recall?
I'm pretty sure a lot of mid-80s volvos and up have heated seat elements. I almost bought a pair of leather buckets from an 86ish volvo 740 wagon, and they had the heated elements in them. I would think you could transfer the elements and put them in whatever seats you want before you cover them. Not to mention that volvo seats are usually pretty cheap. Hope this helps
