I have a 70 Chevelle with air, power steering, column shift auto. This car is a 396 BB chevy, What I am looking for is info on a good fitting set of headers. I do not want to have to fit them, I want bolt on and go, at a reasonable price, any ideas????

I know that the ceramic coated headers are higher than non coated. But in the long run, it really is the only way to go. I personally have 2 cars with the Dynomax brand from Summit at $199., free freight and no tax. So far the, best deal on the market. I have helped install these on 3 other cars. Too easy (if anything is easy on a BB!). I am more than satisfied with every thing about these headers. Especially the price for ceramic coated. Both of my cars are full pwr and air.
It is manditory to get the car up on jack stands high enough to install the headers at an angle from below. Sometimes you have to seperate an engine mount and jack the engine a little on one or either side, but not always.
