I've got a BB 454 BB with 2" primary header tubes long tubes in a 66 Chevelle and I'm swapping it out for another BB 454, long story..... The one thats going in was to go in a 73 lemans and has 1.75" primarys also long tubes. Will this header configeration fit in the 66 Chevelle?

They may depending on brand and part nr some manufactors list same part nr for 64-77.
Only way to know if you do not have any part nr is try and even if you have part nr and it says they should fit you may find that they will need some adjustments to fit.
