Guide Me, PLEASE!!!

Ok, well, i had to make a decision on where to go with my 71 chevelle daily driver. It was either: finish the 454 i'm building and get the required suspension parts to accomodate it (just the srpings) or get the suspension done and wait even longer for the parts to complete the 454. Well, i decided to go the safe route and think ahead by focusing on the suspension first. Mine is just the basic chevelle suspension, no boxed rear, no rear sway, etc... It is my daily driver so i'd like a nice feeling suspension that won't scare me in the turns and won't break loose everytime it rains. Plus, i don't like when i take turns and the passnger slides across the bench seat into my lap! Oh, and keeping the fact that a 454 is going in it, i'm gunna get the parts i need for that and deal with the hard suspension while the 307 is still in.

Oops, a few more things, if i could here is what i'd want (improve by suggesting better parts or ideas if u can)
A raked look by using stock rear coils and lowering coils up front, bilstein shock on all corners, boxed lower control arms and rear sway bar, polygraphite bushings all around, high performance sway bar up front. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Ok, i just got a REALLY good deal on some edelbrock upper adjustable control arms so i'll be using those. Any other suggestions? Thanks

LOL, yea, when i'm driving with my gf, it isn't always a bad thing, however, when i'm driving a bunch of my mechnic friends to school....yea...not as good!

For the front: instead of getting the f-gen sway bar, would it be better/overkill/worse, to get a 1 1/4 inch sway bar. The reason i ask is because my friend has a bunch of high performance parts in his garage for a 71 chevelle he was building but he just sold the car to an older guy and the guy didn't want the hi-po parts so he's letting me have the ones i need for free. (Thats also where i got the edelbrock upper control arms and yes, they have the spherical bearings) Also, what brand of shocks would you recommend?

Rear: The edelbrock arms. The bushings, when i said poly, i was referring to polygraphite by pst because i've heard (just hear-say) that they have the performance of poly-urethane but with the characteristics of rubber. Is that right? Thanks again
