I can not find anyone who sells the ground strap that goes from the headlight switch to the windshield wiper switch. Anyone know where I can buy one?

Does it have to be just like the oem? If not can you give me a idea on what to use on the part that goes around the headlight switch.

I take it you are missing the grounding ring ?

Heck I would just ground the switch any way I could.
I would think if I couldn't make a new ring from light gauge sheet metal I would probably just solder a piece of 16 ga. wire onto it and connect the other end of the wire to the park brake.

Do you have the ground to the dash frame that is needed for the instrument panel?

The three ground wires coming off dash wiring harness are screwed to (1)the parking brake(2)instrument panel and (3) steering wheel brace. IHow abought making a ring out of copper and solder it to a wire to windshield wiper switch and ground it to the parking brake. What abought the ground to the dash frame for the instrument panel. Is it one of the wires I mentioned above?

Sounds like you have the dash grounded OK, just need to get the ground to the headlight switch to be able to control the dome light/courtesy lights.
