[TX396]

1970 ss 396/350 horse. Need the Cast steel intake, rochester carb, and orig distributor. Looked through opgi didn't find what I'm looking for.

Really not going to find those kind of parts thru the aftermarket retailers. Need to check online, Ebay, Swap meets, Craigs List, Performance and Engine Rebuild shops, our Classifieds here at TC. Also can put a want ad in the classifieds.

Dustin, You can list your part numbers on your watch/wanted list at Ebay. If someone lists one of the part numbers Ebay will notify you. I believe you can do the same thing here in our classified but I think you need to be a member to use that option.

Either way you can list a wanted ad with your needs and I'm sure someone will have what you are looking for.

PS membership is very inexpensive.

Hate to tell you but you're gonna pay big bucks for the correct PN Q jet carb for that engine. 7020204 for automatic, 7020205 for manual trans.

From my experience Dustin, the carb restored may run 1200. or so, the intake 250/300. and the distributor around 300. restored. Good luck hunting!!:thumbsup:

As noted by others, the Rochester Q-jet that you need is a #7040204.
The intake manifold is a #3955287 (low rise oval port).
And the distributor that you want is a #1112000.
