GMPP 12486570 for Vortec

Tried googling and could not find solid answers on what intake this exactly is. I know it's a dual plane and for Vortec but I'm trying to find information for its performance details.

Is this a Performer RPM equivalent? I am putting Vortec head on my 350 with 700r4 and stock cam.

The nice thing about the GM pieces are that the intake gaskets are re-usable and the bolts are a specific length that the ARP ones are not. The GM bolts are designed to bottom out in the head to prevent over-tightening. The ARPs do not. With that said, I've used both kinds successfully.

I saw a reference on nastyz28.com that GM Part # 17113523 was a Vortec intake bolt kit.
