Is there a good kit to get for rebuilding my 1970 12-bolt rear?

I currently have 2.73 gearing and want to step up to 3.55!

You will have to get a 3 series carrier to change to 3.55 gears.

X2. I got my 3.42 gear set and installation kit from Freddie along with a Lock Rite unit to make my open rear posi.
If you want posi and changing out the carrier you can just get a posi unit I think.
I got my 3 series carrier from TC member TLowe.

You will have to get a 3 series carrier to change to 3.55 gears.

X2 The gear spacers you can buy to convert the 2 series to take three series gear sets JUST DON'T WORK. Most shops won't even install them, but some low quality shops might. Save yourself time, trouble, and dollars and get a three series carrier to begin with.

I live in Sweden so the parts are silly expensive here compared to the US.
But I will try to sort something out.
