Can anyone explain to me what it means when you are looking for wiring harness, and they say with gauges or with warning lights??? I dont get it. Might be a stuip question. I am redoing a 67 SS.

Freddy, I'm not sure what options you could get in 67 but basically it's this. You got an oil pressure warning light, low pressure, or you got an actual oil pressure gauge. Same for water temp, a warning light, HOT, or a temp gauge. Some gauge packages also include a tach. Warning light package would not typically have a tach.
