I was updating the data on my Garmin nuvi 3500 series GPS and ran out of RAM and had to scale back what was being updated. I was curious so I looked at some of the data on the GPS. There's a folder with .JPG images of 'stock' outdoor scenes; what they're for is beyond me. Does anyone upload personal .JPG images to their GPS? There's a dozen of them but to what purpose? In the GPS menu there's a Picture Viewer app to view them. For what? Who uploads images to their GPS?
