There was some outfit advertising Garage condos they called it with several locations here in MN, at the GSTA show at the fairgrounds last weekend. I dont have the info in front of me right now but I grabbed thier brochure.

Anyone ever heard of these places? What a crazy idea! It's like buying a condominium, but it's all garages! :thumbsup:
