One additional question, I purchased a 1982 GMC Caballero Factory Shop Manual, and in the manual, in the wiring diagram section, it shows differences between a "G" body and "B" body or "G" series and "B" series. How do I determine what I have?

The "B" bodys are full size. Your GMC Caballero is a "G" body.
