Just saw this on ebay and cant believe that it is still there. VIN tags are illegal to remove and also illegal to sell as they are supposed to stay with the car for its life. Figured I would give everyone a heads up in case they bought it and then you were the person to get jammed up with the law.

I Don't know how this tag is for a 70 Elky . Isn't the style code at the top 69 ??? Indicatin g a 1969 car ?

The VIN and body tag shown are for a 69 Elky but the photo is of a 70.

Note-On the body tag, look at the stamping on the top rh corner; 1 XXX
