I just upgraded some wireing . The main charge wire from the alt(changed from 12gauge to 8gauge, the charge wire to the battery(replaced wit a 8gauge) and new power wire for the dist (new 10 gauge) and ran a new 18 gauge wire to the tach from the dist. It has a 94 Amp alt,AC,Auto,PW,Fog Lights and Heated Seats. And now for the Questions.
1-What size fuse for the main charge wire?
2-What size fuse for the charge wire to the battery?
3-What size fuse for the dist power wire?
4-Does the tach wire need a fuse - if so what size?

I'm not big into fuses on those lines. Fuses tend to pop. Fusible links are less prone to pop.
Unless you have added something directly to the battery or directly to the horn relay, I would use the original size fusible links. You may have increased the alternator size, but the lines running from the horn relay to the fuse block are still the same...or did I misread something?
I assume the wire to the distributor is for a HEI distributor. The original 20 amp fuse protecting the IGN terminal is large enough. I guessed that's where you tied it to.
No you don't need a fuse in the Tach wire.
