Wow, I haven't made too much noise around here lately.....I think I may be sick...;)

Anyway, today we had the first REAL rain in Nor Cal, and I found this slightly amusing, so I "amused" myself all day. And now I'll amuse you..:D

My Silverado has bald tires and every time I take off, turn a corner, etc, it feels like I'm starring in "Silverados on Ice" because my rear tires have a tendency to to want to visit the front of my truck... So I took advantage of that and did fun little controlled fishtails all day....it sure keeps other drivers away...

So, I need new tires.

You haven't lived until you passed your Buddy's Uncle's '73, Duece and a Quarter going around a curve in a light rain with almost bald tires running 90+ mph!!

My headlights were pointed right at his door as my old RR Buddy sounded like "Lurch" going Errrr, Errrr! As he held on!!

He, He!! He remembers that night TO this day!!

About a quarter of a mile the highway curved back, (Hwy 63 south of Macon, MO at the old hwy Excello "S" curve), the other way AND we were looking at the ditch at 110 or so mph!! Then I pulled her out straight and away we went..

Boy my car would run back then b/c I was young AND stupid AND was going to live forever!!

He, He!!

You can revitalize those tires Marci, by pounding studs into them. Little noisy but it would be like having a little jewlry on your Truck !!!!! You may even have body studs to match if you wish !!!!!
