Just did the math, that's less than 20 miles a week! When I was working I'd bet I put 20 miles on a day, and now, I walk 4 miles or bike 10 a day just to get started so guess I'm back to lean. Phewww.

Don't worry, when I was much younger, I drank enough for both of us.

I haven't had any alcohol in 18 years (I wasn't an alcoholic), but health issues forced me to stop (hypoglycemia where alcohol turns into blood sugars really fast).

I drink lots of water, some gatorade, and some vitamin water. I'm caffeine and sugar free for more than 20 + years.

I loved black russians but I quit drinking many years ago because once drank one, I didn't know when to stop.
I almost missed my son's wedding from drinking black russians the night before and looking at the pictures, it looks like I was drunk all that day.
