i have a holley carb that the fuel vent has a small piece broke off,can it be repaired somehow?

I don't think it would make any difference if a piece is missing since it is just a vent to let air in the bowl. Some people connect the two vents with a hose with a slit in the top, some mill them off flush.

The only real way to repair it would be to mill it off, then ream out the hole, and press in a tube.
