Anyone got any suggestions on how hard it is to change my whimmpy 5/16 fuel line to a 3/8 fuel line on my 66 El Camino, I just bought the pre-bent line from NPD.

Gonna have to remove at least the pass side body mount bolts and raise/block that side of the Elky up in order to route the new line over the rear frame section.
Even still, with the boxed Elky frame, you may have to cut/splice that new line at least once.

I basically did this on my '68 Elky.

You will need to loosen left side body mounts and remove the bolts from all right side body mounts. Do not try and cheat and leave any right side bolts in! Then you will need to raise the right side of the body.

And finally you will have to bend the line a bit to get it in and out of the front frame. Not fatally so as you can straighten it back out later.
