How far is needle on E? Disconnect the sending wire, does the gauge move? Gauge staying on E is either bad sending unit or sending wire shorted to ground.
Fuel gauge doesnt work.
Well Since my gf and I got her truck up and running about a week ago we are finding little bugs here and there. One of the things I need help on is the fuel gauge doesnt read anything.
The sending unit is new and she has somewhere around 1/2 tank but the gause reads empty.
We dont know if it ever worked tho thats the thing. we bought the truck and tore it apart the day we bought it.
How do I test if the gauge works?
