I need to buy new front rotors and front backing plates for my '70. I don't need them to be 100% correct. I just want a quality part at a fair price. I plan on using 1 piece rotors.

Can anybody recommend a vendor they have dealt with and had good luck (or someone to avoid)?

Thanks.

Anybody???

I know some of you have bought these parts for your cars.

Am I better off just buying the rotors at a local parts store to save on the shipping?

Yes....they are all made offshore nowadays, so unless you can find a source or supplier for Canadian made product its pretty much a crap shoot.....(No need to pay shipping) You would almost think we have enough laid off steel workers to bring production back to the states....

you don't really need the backing plates, and i'd just get some mid grade replacement rotors and good bearings locally.
