What is better to have for the front inner fenders ...Plastic or metal.. it is not a daily driver... going to go in a pro street 69 chevelle... I am leaning towards the plastic... but you can powder coat the metal for better looks....
opinions are welcome...

I just oredered some for my 70. I was going to go with the plastic ones thinking that they would be lighter than steel, but one of the salesmen I talked to said that the plastic ones were 17-18 and the steel ones were 14-15. Must be the plastic ones are alot thicker? I decided on the steel ones mainly because they should be more durable.

I bought fiberglass ones for my 67GTO and they weight in at about 5 pounds each.

Where would be a good place to buy the metal ones..year one seems to be a higher price than opg,,,is that for a reason i would like to have them go right on not spend a week fitting them

I bought mine on ebay. Got them for about $214 with shipping. The guy selling them has an ebay store so he should have more listed. I am hoping they will be coming in tomorrow or Tuesday.

I think they would save you some weight in plastic, and I just got a flyer from OPG the other day I think 149 for the pair. Jason.
