Yes and no. The fenders will bolt up to the body, but the rest of the 72 front clip will not. If you want a 1970 front end, you need ALL OF IT, not just the fenders. Also, the forward wiring harnesses are different and are not compatible with a 72 bulkhead connector (dash harness) unless you do some major rewiring.
Yes they will but the holes at the bottom of the fenders need filled. Also the brackets that are welded to the front of the 72 fender that connects it to the core support need to be switched over to the 70 fender too:yes:. I have done this already on my 71, when i purchased a nice used set of 70 gm fenders. The fit of factory steel is just superior:yes:. I have seen the trial and tribulation associated with using aftermarket fenders. Besides i got the used ones for 50.00.:hurray:
