Front disc brake conversion issues

Hello everyone,as you can tell I am very new to this site and any and all suggestions are welcome at this point.
I own a 1969 Chevelle Malibu,all original 2 door coupe a/c car.
It came with a 350 four bolt main caps which has been rebuilt with all kinds of goodies. My problems began when I decided to convert the front brakes to disc, thinking that I could use more stopping power and step up with the times by doing so.I have done everything under the sun to try and correct my problem but I cannot get the system to work.
I purchased the kit from a reputable outfit and have used all my mechanicall knowledge and abilities but to no avail.
Can someone please help me and I will be forever so greatful.
My wife and I have worked feverishly on this car and would like to be able to drive and enjoy it and let others enjoy it as well by showing it off at local car shows.Again,I am at your mercy and any and all comments are welcome, thank you all in advance.

I bought front disc brake kit from INLINETUBE.COM.
The kit came complete with rotors, calipers, brake booster, master cylinder etc.I installed the kit as instructed and bled entire system but my brake pedal still goes to the floor.I was suggested by a friend to try a different M/C which I got from NAPA,bench bled it,bled whole system in the order in which it's been known and still no pedal.Open for all suggestions
I have bled the system multiple(6 or 7)times,no bubles or foam, just clear fluid comes out.Maybe I forgot to mention that I also replaced the proportioning valve, moved the clevis rod inside the car to the bottom hole on the brake pedal as indicated.I have done these conversions before on two other vehicles with no issues at all.I even tried a vacuum storage tank as I was told that maybe my cam did not allow for enough vacuum to operate the booster. As a rule,I've always known that if you have a bad booster, your pedal will always stay rock hard;that's not the case here. All the brake lines leading to the m/c check out fine although today I did an old test someone had shown me a while back.I did the "pinch" test.I pinched all three rubber brake lines with visegrips. At that point, the brake pedal was rock hard.I then removed the visegrips from the rear,no change. From there, went to right front line, pedal loosened up a little bit. Finally when I removed the last one on front driver side, the pedal went down to the floor again.Any suggestions.Keep in mind every other part of the system checks out fine.
