The only 2-0 team in their bracket, now with a in over UNC 5 to 3. They were #4 in the Long Beach regional equivalent to a #14 team in the NCAA basketball regional. :hurray:

I'm going to see Georgia play on Friday, and will be rooting for them for sure, but it looks like the Fresno State boys may be the Cinderella story this year. It's always good to see new teams in Omaha, makes us locals happy to see new faces spending money here each year.

wow...can't believe Fresno State won the College World Series. Man, that is awesome!!!! The lowest seeded team to win a college championship in ANY college sport. They haven't been home for over a month and they fought through some tough teams. The Fresno area I live in has got to be stoked :thumbsup: (I'm in So Cal right now and they couldn't careless with all the talented colleges in the area).

What was that you had previously stated... I watched out for em... yeah right hehehehe. Great series I tell ya, I think I became a much bigger Baseball fan in the last month watching my alma mater in the CWS.:hurray:

In my opinion Major Leage Baseball is a bore at the best of times. This College World Series is a different story. Awesome game by Justin Wilson and Steve Detwiler. Congratulations to Fresno State :thumbsup:
