I am in the process of replacing a rusted frame on my 66 SS convert. I have a frame that is supposed to be from an El Camino, and according to the chassis manual it is 3.25 inches too long, so I just finished cutting that and am ready to weld it back on. I found a few numbers on the drivers side rear section. Can anyone tell me what they mean. On the top is 6Z54654 and on the side is 3876907

Looks like the "6Z54654" is the partial VIN "cop number" and the "3876907" is the part number.
