I have a perfect 750 DP aluminum main body and an aluminum 650 DP carb. If I swap 750 main body in 650, will I have a 750 carb ?

Go to holleys page and look up the specs. according to list number. Main jets will be different, PV should be the same, IAR could be slightly different and power valve restrictors could be different but I doubt enough to matter and I would think the emulsion package would be the same oh yeah and the base will be different as the bore will be different. If you have the 750 body and base try it.

Quick answer is No. Base throttle plates are different, 112-116 vs. 112-117.

If I read specs right,
650 and 750 have same throttle bore of 1.6888

How does one flow more air?
I do not know. I called Holley tech. line to ask if the 750 ultra XP 134-312 will fit on a 750 DP base throttle plate 112-117 and they confirmed to me that it will work. I just drilled out the middle hole in the base plate to get more air to adjust the idle-eze. So, you can call them and ask them, or just check to make sure that everything lines up right -- ie. all the holes, etc....
For your question, 650 to 750 --- I just found this answered on the Summit site for 750 HP carb body - 134-300SA:

Q:
Would this product work to upgrade my AED Performance 650HO-BK from 650 to a 750? If so, is there anything else that I will need such as a different base plate?

A:
This kit should work fine for your conversion. You would have to contact AED to check on the throttle body that they use. We do not have that information available to us.

Sorry, there is a typo -- 4150 throttle body base plate is Holley 112-116, not 112-117

The 134-300SA is a HP mid body replacement upgrade for 750. It deletes choke tower and adds adjustable air bleeds.

I put one on my 750, that’s how I have a stock 750 mid to put on my 650 DP.

I installed stock 750 mid on 650 and put back on my 396/365 (engine dyno). Had to jet up from 65/68 to 69/78, to cure new stumble. WHY ?

I might have picked up a little acceleration.

IMO Holley tech info is luck of the draw. There is a new to me tech, Anthony who has 2 answers for any ? Take your pick. “Read your plugs” and “Well, yes and no”

In the past, I’ve gotten great info from Holley

Looks like it is going to fit. It is easy to check if the holes and gaskets line up, so, you will know when you try to put it together.

Note: For me, I had to use the Idle-eze to fix my lean stumbles, so, I went from a 750 DP Choke body with a lean stumble, to a 750 HP Body with a lean stumble, to a 750 ultra XP body with Idle-eze that allowed me to fix my lean stumble. I changed a few 112-116 throttle plates along the way and I am using quick fuel DP adjustable metering blocks, stock chrome bowls. Bottom-line, the Idle-eze allows you to keep the throttles closed at idle and keep the mixture screws turned out while still keeping a lean idle. As soon, as you give it some throttle, there is plenty of gas to avoid a lean stumble.

👍. I actually enjoy basic carb and ignition tuning. Feel like I have a pretty good idea of ignition.

Carbs seem to be some sort of black art with few if any absolutes !
