I’m building a 70 454 mild cam. And want it to be relatively quiet at idle. So is anyone running the series 70. Even looked at the hush masters looking to stay at 2 1/2”. Just want some opinions. Thanks

Flowmaster 70's are a great muffler if you want to keep the FM tone but at a much lower level and without the drone. A 70 is an extended length Super 50, and I've spent time in a '73 Hurst Olds with Super 50's. It had that classic FM sound but was nice and quiet and did not drone.
