Thanks Mike, Thats An Irish Name If Ever I Heard One, Yep I Am Keeping The Plates. This Is How It Works, I Got A Set Of Blank Texas Plates And Used My Irish Reg (tag Number) The Zv Plate Is Used Here In Ireland To Donate Classic Or Vintage Vehicles. So The Tag I Got Was Zv 8775. But Being Into Americana And Muscle I Split The Tag To Read Zv8 775. I May Be Stopped By The Police But Most Of The Time They Just Want To Talk About The Car. Unless You Are Really Messing About In The Cars We Are Left Alone , Cos The Police Realise The Love And Time And Money We Spend On Our Classic Cars.

That's great that the Police are cool about what you guys have going. You're right about the name. Grandparents on both sides came here (to Boston) from Cork and had my Parents. I still have lots of relatives there and I hope to get there again soon.

That's a very nice Chevelle you have there, Liam!! Looks like you and your pals had a very nice day and no rain! I have to say, I've been to Dublin before while visiting Ireland, and I had no idea there were American muscle cars to be found.

Absolutely wonderful people in Ireland. I did the sightseeing thing while there on business -- visited the St. James Gate brewery, went to Blarney Castle and kissed the Stone, looked at highland crosses, and went to the home of my ancestors ... Maguire Castle (my mum's maiden name is McGuire). :beers:

Out of curiosity, was it expensive having the car shipped over from the U.S.?
