When preparing to shut off my computer, my routine was to go to the Tools menu and engage the tool that clears the day's cookies and clears the cache (and a couple other things). That feature is no longer appearing when I call for the Tools. Any ideas on why this has changed and how to get it back?

Starting with Firefox version 19 or 20 they changed the interface, those tools are now in the Firefox menu - options drop down - options - privacy tab. In the privacy tab there is a button for settings, that is where you choose what gets cleared when you close Firefox - you can set it to clear your selected items each time you close. The Firefox menu is the down arrow in the upper left box, next to the word Firefox.

OK, that seems to be the case. It looks a little less convenient than the old way, but it will get the job done. Thanks!
